Jenna Havos

Director | Physiotherapist | BSc Monash, DPT Melb, AHPRA, APA

Jenna is a Physiotherapist and co-founder of Colab Health Group. Her passion for physiotherapy is driven by the sincere interest and time that she invests in her clients. Her ability to connect and understand her clients needs are a skill that she demonstrates with great competency. Working collaboratively is also a top priority for Jenna. She loves getting to know her clients so that she can understand the impact of the injury or condition on their life and be able to set appropriate goals to achieve their best health outcomes.

In 2013, Jenna graduated from her Bachelor of Science at Monash University. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, graduating in 2016. Since then, she has gone on to work in both Community Health and Private Practice settings. Jenna has had a broad range of experiences particularly in the treatment of acute and chronic spinal pain (back and neck) and shoulder pain. Osteoarthritis management is also a key area that Jenna enjoys to treat as it is a condition that affects a large part of the community.

Jenna’s style of treating involves a combination of using manual therapy and specific exercise prescription as well as education as appropriate. Clinical Pilates is also one of Jenna’s “go to” tools to use in the management of a wide variety of conditions and has had much success in improving function and reducing pain in her clients. She also values the importance of posture in pain management and finds this as “a good place to start” when managing a range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Away from work, Jenna enjoys participating in dance classes and having a glass of wine with friends. She also loves to bake, although it’s the sharing of her baked goods with family and friends that gives her the most enjoyment.
