What is Clinical Pre/Post-Natal Pilates?

This is a modified form of Pilates that is safe and effective during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Our goal is to assist with pain management, correct postural imbalances, and support optimal body alignment throughout your journey.

Suitable for all pregnant women and those at least 6 weeks postpartum.
