You'll find Colab Health Group conveniently located on Belmore Road in Balwyn, with plenty of 2-hour parking available either on the street or in our front car park—making your visit as easy and stress-free as possible.

Our ground-floor clinic is designed with accessibility in mind, ensuring comfortable entry for people of all ages and abilities.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, air-conditioned gym space featuring state-of-the-art Reformer Pilates beds and modern strength training equipment, creating an ideal environment for rehabilitation and movement.

We also offer two private consultation rooms for personalised physiotherapy assessments and treatments, ensuring privacy and focused care.

Jenna Havos

Katherine Havos

Jenna Havos is a passionate and empathetic physiotherapist who co-founded Colab Health Group with a vision to deliver truly personalised, collaborative care. Her strength lies in her ability to connect deeply with her clients taking the time to understand how their injury or condition impacts their daily life and working together to achieve meaningful, long-term health outcomes.

Jenna completed a Bachelor of Science at Monash University in 2013, followed by a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne, graduating in 2016. Since then, she has worked across both Community Health and Private Practice settings, gaining extensive experience in the treatment of acute and chronic spinal conditions (neck and back pain), shoulder injuries and osteoarthritis management a key area of interest for her, given its widespread impact.
​
Her treatment style is grounded in a combination of manual therapy, tailored exercise prescription and client education, empowering individuals to take control of their recovery. She also integrates Clinical Pilates as a key tool in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a strong emphasis on posture and functional movement.

Jenna’s approach is driven by collaboration and communication.
She works closely with her clients to set practical goals that support recovery, build confidence and promote long-term well-being.
​
Outside the clinic, Jenna enjoys dance classes, catching up with friends over a glass of wine, and sharing her love of baking, particularly when she gets to share the results with family and friends.
Katherine Havos is an ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist and co-founder of Colab Health Group. With over 10 years of experience in clinical and community settings, Katherine brings a personalised, evidence-based approach to exercise rehabilitation and chronic disease management.
​
She completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University in 2011, followed by a Master of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at Victoria University in 2015.
​
Katherine believes that every individual is an athlete in their own right, with unique goals, capacities, and motivations. Her approach is highly client-centred ensuring that each program is tailored with careful consideration of the client's full health picture, and continually reviewed to support meaningful progress.
​
Her practice incorporates movement assessment technologies, functional strength training and Pilates based principles to deliver well rounded, effective programs. Katherine enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities and has a special interest in managing:

Outside the clinic, Katherine is an avid sports fan closely following the tennis tours, AFL and soccer. She also enjoys dancing, fishing, travelling and seeking out Melbourne’s best coffee.

Luisa Carta
Client Experience Officer
Luisa recently joined the Colab Health Group team as a Client Experience Officer and is the welcoming face you'll meet first when visiting the clinic.
With a natural warmth and genuine passion for connecting with people, Luisa is dedicated to making every client feel comfortable and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

In her time away from work Luisa enjoys being a dance teacher, spending time with friends and family and hanging out with her many cats.
