Osteo Strength at Colab Health Group - Balwyn

Exercise with Purpose for Lifelong Bone Health
Osteo Strength is a structured, small-group exercise program designed for adults with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or those at increased risk of reduced bone density.
Informed by evidence-based exercise guidelines for bone health, the program utilises carefully prescribed impact-loading and progressive resistance training to promote osteogenesis and mitigate bone loss. Sessions also target improvements in postural stability, balance, and muscular strength—key determinants of functional capacity and fracture risk reduction.
With a maximum of four participants per therapist, the program allows for a high level of clinical supervision and individualised exercise prescription, ensuring safe and effective participation within a group setting.
