Seniors Strength & Stability
Low Intensity - 4 people - 45min
Designed specifically for seniors, this program supports healthy ageing and reduces falls risk through targeted strength and balance training. Sessions are delivered in a circuit format, combining resistance-based exercises, balance work, and flexibility training. All sessions are guided by an experienced Exercise Physiologist to ensure safe, effective results.

Power & Performance
High Intensity - 2 people - 45min
Structured high-intensity interval training targeting muscular and cardiovascular endurance and power, incorporating high-level strength training principles and weightlifting elements. Designed to elevate heart rate and optimise performance while maintaining effective load management and minimising injury risk.
Youth Development
Moderate Intensity - 2 people - 45min
This program is designed to help adolescents move better, feel stronger, and build lifelong habits for a healthy, active life. Through age-appropriate, expertly supervised exercise, participants develop postural alignment, body awareness, and coordination — all within a safe, structured environment. Every session emphasises proper technique and mindful movement, empowering adolescents to understand and care for their bodies while reducing their risk of injury.
